I'm sorry if all of this has some bad memories for you, it must be difficult signing back in after so long. I hope I can do the old girl and you proud, its been a slog to get where it is now but its getting exciting as the Yat is less than 2 weeks away.
mk4savage 60 Posted May 30, 2023 Hi Rob. Great to see you here again. It's very quiet these days on here and I've not been around much the last few years. Same as you, had personal reasons and lost interest and enthusiasm especially the last few years we've had with all that's gone on in the world but I'd noticed you weren't around. You've helped me out with info and parts on more than one occasion, The screen rubber is still doing great after nearly 10 years There's some knowledgeable people on here who I'm always very grateful to for help and advice and I've always associated two people with this forum for great Cortina knowledge and that's Craig and yourself. I'm sure you've been missed by many and as has been said the place is not the same without you. It'd be great if you were back for good and I think it wood be good to get the Forum back to something like it used to be. All the best

bortaf 87 Posted May 30, 2023 Ah cheers guys touched to see you still remember me ! Cheers Craig i feel better, pretty much lost everything over the course of a year or so and it really took the wind out of my sails, TBH i only do 2 forums now and they aint a touch on BSC, good as they are (well the transit forum is good) it's not the same comradery i had on here Aaron me too mate, single and living back at Mums, now a full time carer Corky , good to hear from you mate, you back in the green 3.0S ? Hans, no worries mate, really no worries, glad your still going stronge and buying cortinas, when ever you get over mate, i have all your parcles waiting but no rush, as i said in my last Email, no rush when your ready i will be as well Mk4savage that would be so cool but i'm way out of the loop, forgot more than i remember ! TBH the place was better off without me for a while and not sure i could ever reach the levels i was at, not even touched a cortina in 9 years but i'd like to hang about and see what you lot waffle about, never really gave it a 2nd thought till a few days ago but i missed you guys i miss having a direction in life, i have the ambulance build but i don't know it like i knew cortinas, ni-on evey job is a learing curve.
