Mk1 cortina 2.3 exhaust manifold swap

I have a mk1 cortina with a 2.3 cologne engine , at the moment it has the cast exhaust manifolds on which I want to replace with mild steel 2-1 manifolds , has anybody ever done this swap , I was looking at either the Sierra or cortina ones not sure , any help would be appreciated

Only the 2.8 got tubular mild steel ones, all the others where cast ones.

I know you can get tubular manifolds for the 2.3 and 2.8 which would fit but I wanted to know if anybody has done the swap as the space is limited , the cast ones restrict the flow and give off to much heat and you cant wrap them neither
