Mk5 Led bulbs in all light clusters? which flasher unit?

As per title really gents, im slowly getting around the list of jobs and noticed the other day the rear bulbs are dim..... they are just tired really.

 

In the past ive fitted coloured led bulbs to our standard light clusters in our range rover and the increased output over the standard bulb made a decent difference so im going to replace all the standard fillament bulbs for led from classic car leds (they sell decent bulbs) my question is, where is the flasher unit and is it just a standard type 4 or 5 pin? therefore could i use a generic led flasher unit in place of the origonal? 

ive tried searching the forum and cant find the answer.😊👍

Are flasher relays not 3-pin ?    Regards location, maybe above the pedals or behind dash-clocks.....never had cause to change the relay so don't know is the honest answer !

Its a 3 pin one clipped to bonnet release bracket.

All I know is you need one that's for led bulbs.
