can someone tell me what  clutch fork i can use,there seems to be a lot off different types on ebay.

I think it depends on which bellhousing/ clutch slave cylinder you are going to use ?

i'm using a standard type 3 bellhousing and cable clutch.

Ah , not so well up on the cable type but would expect it to be as Mk3 Cortina 71BB on the part but wait for Craig or someone to be sure .

As said above you want one with a part number starting 71BB stamped in it.
