Which Electronic Fuel Pump and Regualtor if needed

Hello my Ford Cortina 2000E has the standard 2.0 litre pinto and it has an electronic fuel pump under bonnet no near the fuel tank. It has been fine however today stopped working and car broke down, it needed a small tap with a hammer to get going again. 

I want to replace it what would you reccomend using in terms of the electronic fuel pump and what fuel regualtor if needed anyone has got a good setup or advice.

No regulator needed in my car and almost silent once primed.

The only quirk is the inlet and outlets are 7mm but I just replaced all the pipe with 7mm and it stretches over 8mm easily.
