Mk4/5 upper door chrome trim clips

Hi, the topics been covered before I know but I'm needing 1/2 a dozen clips as they have broken during refitting.

Question is does anybody have any or where can I get some? Advise welcome as always many thanks " Shorty "

Presume you meen the ones at top of door skin (5mmish wide) ? 

Far as I know you'll only find used.
