  1. Does anyone have any photos of how the support plates fit? In the Haynes Manual Figure 9.2 page 122 this item is marked 10. Thanks Simon
  2. Many thanks, I can now see what the angle is. Will be able to return to the job in a couple of weeks and try and post a photo thereafter
  3. Thanks Baz, what a pleasure to get the answer from a knowledgeable expert. It is much appreciated. I have attached a close up photo (link):- http://imageevent.com/jomc/cortinamk2rearbrakeassembly?p=2&n=1&m=63&c=6&l=0&w=4&s=0&z=2 Do you think the brake shoe is the right one with the correct hole? I don't see my H piece fitting nicely in that hole. When I have worked this out I will put the link to the photo of the fitted part here for the record as I can't be the last person who is going to ask this question. Simon
  4. Does anyone have a photo or description of where a small 12mm by 6 mm H shaped plate fits into the assembly? Found lying around loose on dismantling. For photos see:- http://www.imageevent.com/jomc/cortinamk2rearbrakeassembly?n=0 Thanks, guys, and Happy New Year's restoration, maintenance and motoring.
