it's all up and running still on standard 1600cc

very nice . how did you manage to remove the air flow meter . ( ecu ghange ) as im runing pinto turbo efi with the air flow meter . nice install , looks like ford fitted it .

it's on mega squirt which was quite easy to fit and mapped it my self

 

spec is

 

t34 turbo built by me

ebay intercooler [i have to find a pic of it]

sierra efi

rover injector's and rover throttel body

bog standard 1600cc running 8 psi

mustang exhaust manifold with 3 inch exhaust pipe

eletric fan and water pump

new fuel lines and two pump's in boot

 

i think that's it

it's a lot better but still not that quick [i did burn off a xr2i the other nite and he could 'nt believe it was turboed]

 

i have a t5 gearbox and i have to build a 2000cc bottom end cosworthcrank and rod's still keeping it 8 valve though :winner:

i have got some manx roller rocker's for the head and going to look in to ballracing the cam shaft :cheers:

be ported ect

bottom end is 200 block which is studded and have some je piston's but i will be doing through winter hopefuly

and i have a 8 inch ford rear axle that needs shorting and bracket's made so i have a lot to do :juggle:

Excellent job will be nice with the 200 block and JE pistons BOOST here you come :juggle:

 

With a spec like that 250 bhp is easy imo which is great fun in a Tina!! mine was dynoed at 328 bhp which is great for killing most things :cheers:

 

Great job btw i spotted the 044 pump :juggle:
