Just a few pics of me Mk3, just had the welding finished by Chunkrs :cheers: cheers chap :cheers:

 

just need the final throwing together :angry:

here it is on a VERY slow drive back from Braintree (dam prop still not sorted on the recovery).

Take one brown carpet and 2 tins of satin black spray :cheers: mix together on a low to medium heat and hey presto a bodged black carpet (no idea how long it will be black but i'm sure my greayness will keep it that way :cheers: )

Last one for today, rear seat is a bit more complicated so i just used a spare rear bottom to cover an old GL rear till i can sort something better wont really notice whan the other front seat is in :cheers:

as you can see the spray paint didn't take as well on a beige seat , bugga :cheers:

what was it sills and rear arches?

Sills (inner and outer) and the arches where done when i got it, it's had 2 top rails, bits of inner wing, ends of upper front pannel and bits of front pannel, drivers A pannel and floor repaired, drivers chassis section and the rear arches blended in :juggle:

will need a rear valence at some time in the next few years and i need 2 indicators as mine fell appart when i tried to clean em :cheers: the backs where mainly filler :angry: scrub scrub crunble :winner: :cheers:

i know that feeling i'm in the process of getting a rear valance but cannot find one my local motor factors can't get one as for the indicators i got a pair from dmclassics on ebay

Yes but not in the Mk3 still got to rebush the whole front end before that goes on the road :angry: taking the estate if can get the rear bearing sorted, typicly can only find light duty bearings, i know dam well i have H/D somewhere :cheers: but as usuall can't find the right bits :cheers:
