Quad head light parts

Hello, new boy here.. doing a light restoration on my newly acquired Mk3 'L' model and looking at a Quad head lamp setup. I have a nice grill and looking for some backing plates. Any one out there to accommodate please... regards

you can use Capri ones and stretch them in the middle to fit the cortina grill

got these on ebay,been told that capri lights fit straight in original mk3 backing plates ?,gave up trying to find decent grill even bought headlights ring hopeing one would turn up with them missing,

Sorry no luck, nowadays the lights are easiest part to find.

 

Capri lights fit but due to their thin flat lense they always look as though there sunk in.

To find a conplete mk3 set is hard nowadays...if u do the set sells for real silly money..iv seen backplates with rot sell for  150... set consist of 

Backplates (make sure good towers)

Chrome rings

Cups..these are sided..marked up..

Adjusters with tower springs

Lamps, are sided

Lamp plugs(these are plastic cups with fixed loom wires etc)

Lamps can be sealed or Halogen type...

Sealed should hv a small clear hole on the rear or them for the sidelight..only on the two outside ones...

I've probably missed some details.....

I'm sure someone will help correct..it's been a while...
