FredTransit 0 Posted September 10, 2008 Oh dear god how sad. If somebody could have got that a few years ago it could have been a nice car.
elvis1 0 Posted September 10, 2008 you would need a lot of filler for that one now then i gather you only want parts of it engine for your gt is there nothing else worth saving on her its such a shame when they get left to rot like that people just give up and leave them instead of selling them on when they do not want them anymore just a case of saving what you can then good luck m8

bortaf 83 Posted September 11, 2008 Wow a UK spec car with AirCon  was it in a bush by any chance :D or maybe a major river
CortinaCat 1 Posted September 11, 2008 Its a long time since I saw one as solid as that. Nice example. :D I can't believe that it can support its own weight let alone anything else. Now a grovel. You know the chrome trim that goes along the roof. Where it hits the back windscreen it meets another trim coming up the rear door. Can I have (am prepared to pay money) the little chrome angled bits that fit over these two trims of it please pretty please. Begging now please please please. I lost mine in the rebuild and they really would finish my car off.
