Downstairs Dave 37 Posted August 23, 2013 Spent a couple of hours tonight welding the roof, spot welded the front aperture and finished welding the O/S pillar joint. This joint will be re-leaded as per original. Also got myself a donor MX5

Downstairs Dave 37 Posted August 26, 2013 Spent the bank holiday on the car, thought I'd get the sill sorted before attaching the rear quarter. I shall be making a die press tool for the triangular shape, this bit has to look right, so will spend a few lunch hours at work with the die grinder. hopefully this tool will work in a vice. Downstairs Dave 37 Posted August 28, 2013 Straightened out the N/S outer tub as there had been a poor repair before, someone pushed out the rear wing with a crow bar by the looks of it. Lined up the N/S quarter, all good, it meets up in all the places, starting to look like a car now... Well Pleased:rolleyes:
