Cortina mk 3 full restoration

Recommended Posts

After 5 LOoonngg years in the making the end is getting near. VRT(mot) is done and dusted with full marks.Tomorrow plates and documentation red tape. As a side note replaced the garbage KYB shocks since they were too soft and now spax adjustable shocks on.What a difference.

Still some fine tuning to be done like toe in and brakes setting in but almost done.

First drive after being garaged since Nov 2014 before i started restoring it in March 2015.It was a nice day so out we went for a drive. Drove fine but still not sure about the springs in this car they seem to still be finding their place.

Always good to see someone actually start and finish takes dedication !

could do with a bit of black on the front grill to show it off better but that’s just me
